The Role • Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them in diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions. • Utilize phone and remote diagnostic tools to resolve technical and application-related issues in collaboration with customers. • Prepare for and coordinate on-site visits with technicians when necessary. What You'll Need • Completed training as a technician or MTLA, or a comparable scientific/technical qualification. • Over 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field. • A strong interest in direct customer interaction and problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both German and English. • Solid PC skills and experience.
