FICS Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a FICS Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the FICS mortgage servicing platform
• Support data conversion, migration, and portfolio consolidation activities
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance reviews
• Modify, validate, and support operational and management reporting
• Partner with business and technology teams to resolve conversion-related issues
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conversion testing efforts
• Configure system settings and assist with conversion readiness activities
• Analyze servicing data and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Participate in cutover planning, deployment, and post-conversion support
• Provide recommendations regarding system configuration and conversion best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on FICS Administration experience
• Strong mortgage servicing industry experience
• Experience supporting servicing conversions, portfolio mergers, or data migration projects
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing data and loan-level servicing records
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing
• Experience creating, modifying, or validating reports within FICS
• Strong systems administration and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
