Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has strong program management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams. This role is responsible for driving strategic programs from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to define and execute strategic business initiatives.

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and governance frameworks.

• Monitor program risks, dependencies, budgets, and overall delivery performance.

• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports for leadership reviews.

• Facilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate across Finance, IT, Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Manage stakeholder communications and resolve escalations effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.

• Proven experience working directly with CFOs, senior executives, and business leaders.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and business operations.

• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.

• Experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementations, or Digital Transformation programs.

• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and change management practices.
