Job Description

This is a highly niche requirement where quality and speed are both critical. The client is looking for exceptional candidates with Research Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and experimental research backgrounds who can contribute to building next-generation AI evaluation benchmarks.
 
Key Skills 
  • MSc or PhD in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computational Sciences, etc.)
  • Research Engineer, Applied Scientist, ML Engineer, Research Scientist, AI Researcher, or similar backgrounds
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, experimentation, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Git, IDEs, Jupyter/Colab environments
  • Research mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in AI evaluation, red teaming, testing, or benchmarking will be highly preferred
