Mechaniker / Servicetechniker (m/w/d) – Mietstation | Baumaschinen | Heimstetten, Germany | On-site We are seeking a skilled technician for a leading German rental company specializing in construction machinery and equipment. The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Manage the check-out and check-in process for rental units, including customer instruction. • Inspect, maintain, and refurbish machines and equipment, including performing required safety checks. • Conduct minor repairs in the workshop, on construction sites, or at customer locations. • Identify and document any damages to returned equipment. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operating premises and equipment yard. What You'll Need • Technical or vocational training (e.g., in automotive mechanics, mechatronics) is desirable. • Previous experience in equipment maintenance, fleet support, or as an automotive detailer is a plus. • Strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on accuracy and reliability. • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a team. • A valid driver's license (at least Class B). • Proficiency in PC and smartphone usage for communication and documentation. • Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing.
