The Role

• Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting to resolve faults and disruptions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance equipment availability and productivity.
• Participate in the conversion and expansion of production facilities as needed.
• Organize and execute projects within the maintenance department.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Prior experience in production environments.
• Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Quick comprehension and strong teamwork skills.
• High level of motivation, resilience, reliability, and responsibility.
