Location: Bethesda, MD 20814 (Onsite)
Employment Type: 1 Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a temporary assignment supporting daily office operations at a professional corporate office in Bethesda, MD.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or administrative support who can quickly step in, learn existing processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and employee workplace requests.
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, mail, deliveries, and general office needs.
  • Assist with employee badge, access, and building-related issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, office events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support conference room setups and meeting logistics.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Support seating, space planning, workplace projects, and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor vendor services and follow up on workplace issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proactive, professional, and service-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite and serving as the go-to resource for office needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn existing processes and confidently manage daily operations.
