Job Description
Infrastructure Technical Architect
The Technical Architect will provide enterprise architecture and infrastructure engineering leadership across IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. The role will support infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and transformation programs through solution design, architecture governance, risk assessment, and technical documentation
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Engineering
• Provide technical architecture leadership across enterprise infrastructure, identity, network, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
• Define scalable, secure, and resilient architecture approaches aligned with business and transformation objectives.
• Support enterprise architecture reviews and infrastructure engineering decisions across complex technology landscapes.
IAM, Directory Services & Security Architecture
• Provide architecture guidance across IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, and cybersecurity platforms.
• Apply strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, hybrid cloud architectures, and security frameworks.
• Ensure proposed designs align with identity, security, compliance, resilience, and operational requirements.
Separation, Migration & Transformation Programs
• Support infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop target-state architecture, transition approaches, and migration strategies for in-scope technologies.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, impacts, and mitigation actions across transformation workstreams.
Architecture Governance & Risk Management
• Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, risk analysis, and technical governance activities.
• Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations that balance security, stability, scalability, and delivery feasibility.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise standards, security frameworks, and regulated environment expectations.
Stakeholder Leadership & Documentation
• Develop solution designs, target-state architecture, migration strategies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, network, cloud, IAM, application, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to leadership, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture and infrastructure engineering experience.
• Expertise in IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity architecture.
• Expe rience supporting infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, hybrid cloud architectures, and security frameworks.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, risk analysis, and technical governance.
• Proven experience developing solution designs, target-state architecture, migration strategies, and technical documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments preferred.
