**Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week** (accepting locals only )

Key Required Skills

Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-63-4, fraud prevention, identity verification, risk analysis, cybersecurity, financial crime, or a related field.

• Conduct digital identity risk assessments under NIST SP 800‑63 (Rev. 3/4), applying normative frameworks (SP 800‑63, 800‑30, 800‑37).

• Analyze applications/services through decomposition, impact assessment, assurance level selection, and tailoring decisions.

• Produce clear analytical deliverables — risk assessments, impact reports, security plan sections, and control evaluation documents.

• Engage with project teams to elicit information, reassess risks when scope or threat conditions change, and ensure traceable reasoning.

• Apply structured analytical methods (rubric application, categorical reasoning, source‑tracking) with precision and critical thinking.

• Leverage expertise in fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, and financial crime, supported by strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
