Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • End-to-end build-out of a COO data warehouse, including data modeling, pipeline development, integration of source systems, and delivery of data products. • Link key data signals across the customer journey, encompassing customer portals, self-service interactions, ticketing, ITSM, telephony, CRM, ERP, product telemetry, and incident/release data. • Develop unified and reproducible KPI logic for core operational metrics such as NPS, first contact resolution, time to resolution, and MTTR. • Design and implement user-centric, action-oriented dashboards and reports for support, service delivery, and group IT, focusing on steering and decision-making. • Create clean, consistent data structures as a foundation for AI and automation solutions, as well as robust management reporting. • Actively use LLMs and AI-driven analytics to detect patterns, surface anomalies in support and telemetry data, and enable natural-language access to operational datasets. What You'll Need • Several years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data intelligence, with a focus on scalable data models, ETL/ELT processes, and production-grade data architectures. • An excellent academic background, ideally in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or a comparable field. • Practical experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, dbt, or comparable technologies. • Strong BI and data visualization skills, with the ability to independently develop dashboards and analyses in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Solid understanding of core COO KPIs and the ability to derive clean, consistent, and cross-country comparable operational metrics from heterogeneous data sources. • Experience integrating CRM, ERP, ITSM, and ticketing systems, and confidence in using AI-driven analytics for pattern detection and decision support. What's On Offer • Competitive salary • Opportunities for professional growth through an in-house academy and external partners. • A dynamic and innovative environment focused on transforming healthcare through technology. • Comprehensive benefits package including health programs and potential for flexible work arrangements.
