Service Tech

Field Service / Install Technician
We are hiring a hands-on Field Service / Install Technician to support network infrastructure installations and service work at client sites across the country.
Responsibilities

• Install and service network infrastructure
• Pull and terminate CAT5/CAT6 and fiber cabling
• Install hardware including switches and access points
• Troubleshoot, test, and complete site cleanup
• Load/unload equipment and maintain organized job sites
• Assist with warehouse prep when not traveling

Travel

• Frequent weekly travel (typically Mon–Thurs or Sun–Thurs)
• Occasional extended onsite projects
• Flights, hotels, fuel, and per diem provided

Requirements

• Telecom, cabling, field service, or strong mechanical experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently
• Basic tool proficiency and strong work ethic

Preferred 

• Fiber splicing/termination experience
• Network hardware installation experience
• Background with AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, or similar
