Lead WMS Systems Analyst

Introduction

Kendra Scott is seeking a Lead WMS Systems Analyst for a 9 month contract that may extend or convert to full time. The Lead WMS Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the simultaneous launch of a new distribution center and a full migration to Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). This position will be the client-side Manhattan Active WMS subject matter expert and functional lead throughout the entire lifecycle of a greenfield warehouse launch and MAWM implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WMS workstream on behalf of Kendra Scott, overseeing operations, IT, the implementation partner (InVista), and Manhattan
• Challenge or validate recommendations from the implementation partner and Manhattan directly
• Communicate with warehouse floor teams to translate business needs into system requirements
• Ensure the configured solution aligns with the business requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to supply chain and technology leadership

• WMOS Bridge Qualifications (Required Only If No MAWM)
• WMS Integration & Systems Expertise
