SOC Security Engineer

This is an onsite 5 days a week opportunity in Burbank, CA. We are looking for a Senior SOC Security Engineer that is hands on but also works with stakeholders and management. The contract is for 3 months to start but is expected to be extended. 

• Lead analyst for the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Cyber security threat hunting, remediation orchestration, and innovation
• Identifying advanced threats using traditional security tools and platforms
• Develop custom Indicators of Compromise and Indicators of Attack for threat sensors
• Utilize and cultivated threat feeds and platforms to provide overarching security posture and environment status
• Participate in Incident Response (IR) and Handling efforts
• Prepare and deliver reports and updates of cyber threats and issues involving or applicable to business units

Hands-on experience with

• Cyber threat intelligence platforms 
• CNAPP (CSPM, CIEM, DSPM, CASB) 
• Cloud-native SIEM and SOAR 
• Network and endpoint security 
• IAM/SSO
