Our client is large growing safety consulting organization who truly impact and saves lives. As the organization continues to grow, they are looking to add a Marketing Manager to build and lead their marketing function.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing engine from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a polished machine. It’s an opportunity to create, test, improve, and see the direct impact of your work on brand awareness, demand, and growth.
You’ll translate business priorities into campaigns, content, digital experiences, and marketing systems that support growth. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Client Success, and Leadership, you’ll lead a small marketing team while managing multiple priorities across a portfolio of brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution: someone who can see the big picture, make decisions, and then roll up their sleeves to get the work done.
