Job Title - Senior Java Developer (IBM ODM)

8+ years of hands-on IT software development experience.
Strong Core Java, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, and JUnit skills.
Experience with WebSphere (WAS), Tomcat, and middleware development.
Strong Spring Boot, microservices, Docker/Podman, and Kubernetes knowledge.
Experience with Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and ETL processes.
Proficient in Linux and Windows environments.
Hands-on IBM ODM rule development and Business Rules Management.
Design scalable, secure, fault-tolerant, and high-performance solutions.
Lead technical design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
