About Team :

QR & Sound Box is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology. This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s QR Code & Sound Box business in Indian merchants.

Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR/Soundbox deployment. Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations. Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by the competition. Plan the market size, span and geographies by the team.

1. Visit existing non-transacting merchants to initiate transactions and resolve the assigned issues. (Weightage - 60%)

2. Will be responsible for meeting monthly targets on various metrics such as the number of merchants onboarded, number of EDC/SB deployed, point-of-sale software, insurance, and other financial products. Deployment of products and articulation of benefits and best practices at client locations. (Weightage - 40%)

3. Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation & resolving the service related issues.

4. Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.

5. Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.

6. Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers by on-boarding new retailers & make them understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits.

1. Self-starters, who can take ownership without hand holding and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit

2. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and ready to get their hands dirty.
