Job Description
Shape the Future of Cognitive Robotics
At NEURA Robotics, we don't just build robots. We're laying the foundation for a new era in which cognitive robots support people in nearly every area of life and work.
To make the right strategic decisions for this future, we need people who spot developments before they become visible — people who can understand, evaluate, and translate technological, economic, and geopolitical shifts into concrete recommendations for action.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll become a central intelligence hub within NEURA. You'll track global developments in robotics, AI, technology, economics, and geopolitics, identify opportunities and risks early, and help actively shape the strategic direction of one of Europe's most innovative robotics companies.
Your Mission & Challenge
Monitor and analyze global developments in robotics, AI, deep tech, economics, and geopolitics
Identify emerging technologies, innovations, companies, start-ups, and competitors with strategic relevance for NEURA at an early stage
Recognize meaningful signals, trends, and market shifts, and separate them from short-term noise
Continuously screen international media, trade publications, scientific literature, corporate announcements, and capital market information
Build and maintain a network that supports high-quality insights and interpretations
Use modern AI-powered research and analysis tools to filter, validate, and intelligently structure large volumes of information
Analyze the impact of technological, economic, and geopolitical developments on NEURA, our markets, and the capital markets
Develop trend, technology, and competitor heatmaps and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
Monitor relevant market, technology, and competitive developments across our international locations
Work closely with our AI, Software, Hardware, Engineering, and Business teams
Distill complex information into clear recommendations for management and relevant stakeholders
Produce executive briefings, reports, and strategic intelligence summaries
Spot opportunities and risks early and support NEURA's strategic direction
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in Strategic Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Technology Scouting, Strategy, Research, or a comparable field
Deep interest in robotics, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and global technology markets
Strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills
Ability to strategically contextualize technological, economic, and geopolitical developments
Experience with modern AI-based research and analysis tools
Understanding of corporate strategy, competitive dynamics, and capital-market-related contexts
Proven ability to derive concrete recommendations from complex information landscapes
Experience creating executive briefings, reports, and management summaries
Ability to spot relevant developments early and distinguish them from short-term market noise
Excellent German and English skills
