Senior Project Manager – Client Side<br />Leeds City Centre | Up to £58,000 + Bonus<br />An excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to move client-side and take ownership of multi-million-pound new build and refurbishment projects without the pressure of fee earning.<br />Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you’ll lead projects from feasibility through to completion, managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver schemes on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The Role<br />End-to-end delivery of new build and refurbishment projects<br />Manage contractors, consultants, and supply chain performance<br />Oversee budgets, programmes, and quality standards<br />Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure regulatory compliance (Planning, Building Control, CDM)<br />Prepare cost plans, project briefs, and tender documentation<br />Review and negotiate contractor tenders and appointments<br />Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, and forecasts<br />About You<br />Proven experience delivering construction/refurbishment projects<br />Strong commercial and contractor management background<br />Knowledge of planning and building regulations<br />Technically competent (concrete structures/flooring beneficial)<br />Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<br />Able to manage multiple projects independentlyOpen to:
