Workfront Designer

Introduction

The Workfront Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the Adobe Workfront platform. They will work in a large, complex enterprise environment to analyze business requirements, design workflows, and provide user-facing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate platform capabilities and translate business requirements into practical solution designs
• Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements from business and technical audiences
• Provide Tier 2 platform support, including root cause analysis of complex configuration issues
• Coordinate effectively with support for issue escalations
• Manage multiple priorities and drive work from discovery through delivery

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in a large enterprise environment
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of automation tools, integrations, and reporting capabilities
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification
