The Role

• Prepare and weld large-scale aluminium assemblies and constructions according to technical drawings.
• Select appropriate welding parameters based on WPS, design requirements, material thickness, and properties.
• Perform tacking and welding of smaller components and assemblies, including significant bridge sections.
• Work within assembly fixtures and specialized equipment like a "Rhönrad".
• Be prepared to work in a shift system (2 or 3 shifts).

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic, welder, or industrial mechanic.
• Several years of professional experience in aluminium processing.
• Valid welder certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9606-2 for specific processes and positions (e.g., 131 BW W23 S t10 PA bs, 141 FW W23 S t5 PB ml).
