I'm looking for a detail-oriented QA Software Tester to join a growing team, helping to ensure the quality, performance and reliability of my clients software products.

My clients solutions are designed for the flexible workspace industry and include an established networking platform that combines CRM, billing and floor space management into one powerful solution. The Role Working within the development team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and improving software testing across products.

You'll work closely with developers and product owners to ensure new features meet the highest quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities Design, write and execute functional, regression, integration and unit test cases.<br />Identify, record and manage software defects through to resolution.<br />Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using Selenium and Cucumber (full training provided if required).<br />Collaborate with developers and product owners to define clear acceptance criteria.<br />Help improve the testing processes and automation strategy.<br />Test networking-related functionality within our software platform.Essential Skills Proven experience in software testing.<br />Good understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression testing, test planning and defect management.<br />Excellent attention to detail.<br />Strong written communication skills.<br />Ability to work independently within a remote-first environment.<br />Good organisational and time management skills.Desirable Skills Experience with Selenium, Cucumber or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).<br />Understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, VLANs, routing and firewalls.<br />Experience testing SaaS or network management applications.<br />Knowledge of API testing or test automation tools.What We Offer Salary circa £35k - £38k plus benefits<br />Flexible working environment with a great work-life balance.<br />The opportunity to work on innovative SaaS products within a growing technology business.<br />Ongoing training and career development, including hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.<br />Supportive, collaborative team culture.If you would like to apply for this position then please contact Tom Rayner on (phone number removed) or email Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
