Job Description

Director, Product Management - ServiceNow | Atlanta, GA, United States | Hybrid | $148,500.00 - $247,500.00 This employer is a recognized leader in its industry, known for its large-scale operations and commitment to modernizing service delivery. They are seeking a strategic Product Management Director to lead their critical ServiceNow platform, transforming it into a comprehensive enterprise service management solution. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to impact every employee and fundamentally change how the organization operates. • Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and portfolio management across all modules and business units. • Partner to define the multi-year vision for evolving ServiceNow into a comprehensive enterprise service management platform, leveraging AI capabilities. • Serve as the primary product leader for ServiceNow across the enterprise, partnering with stakeholders in IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other business functions. • Drive continuous improvement of core ITSM capabilities and optimize IT Helpdesk experiences. • Lead the expansion of ServiceNow into HR Service Delivery and design consistent, employee-centric service experiences across departments. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, business analysts, and product owners. • Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience in product management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years' experience in a management or leadership role. • Deep expertise in ITSM, ESM (Employee Service Management), and service delivery frameworks (ITIL, knowledge management, SLA/OLA management). • Proven track record leading large-scale platform transformations in enterprise environments. • Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems with competing priorities. • Strong background in both IT service delivery and business process automation, with experience in enterprise SaaS solutions. • Competitive base salary within the range of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00, with potential for additional compensation. • Flexible paid time off policy, encouraging employees to take vacation as needed. • Comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, wellness leave, bereavement leave, and parental leave. • Significant opportunity to drive digital transformation and modernize service delivery within a large enterprise.
