The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex hardware and software test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar system integration and test activities, including software and hardware.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Experience with C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, as well as MATLAB for tool development.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
