Marketing Project Manager (Onsite)

As a consultative partner, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategists and creative production teams to ensure seamless multi-channel campaign execution. This high-visibility opportunity allows you to optimize workflows, allocate key resources, and elevate operational excellence across high-value enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities:Streamline project lifecycles by guiding cross-functional creative initiatives through internal governance, compliance controls, and automated workflow systems. Orchestrate resource allocation across digital, email, web, and social production teams to ensure aligned capacity and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements. Mitigate operational risks by executing continuous contingency planning, managing timeline adjustments, and integrating strategic scope modifications.

Facilitate high-impact status sessions with key stakeholders to evaluate incoming intake requests, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and optimize team productivity. Qualifications:2+ years of dedicated project management experience within an enterprise marketing organization or agency environment. Hands-on expertise utilizing enterprise workflow platforms such as Workfront, Basecamp, Asana, or track record of managing multi-channel initiatives across print, digital, and social ecosystems while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; exceptional organizational and executive-level communication skills.
