Systems Engineer Lead - DC area - Hybrid - DHS Suitability required to apply

Provides technical engineering support to the design, integration, and evaluation of tools and capabilities used in OSINT and SCG-related pilots.

Representative Duties:
1. Analyze technical options and architectures for pilot tools/platforms.
2. Support integration planning with existing CBP/DHS systems, subject to Government direction.
3. Develop technical artifacts (e.g., interface specs, data flows, system diagrams).
4. Support test planning, technical evaluation, and performance assessment of pilot solutions.
5. Advise on scalability, security, interoperability, and technical risk.

Min. Requirements

1. 5+ years of systems engineering or solution architecture experience.
2. Experience with analytic platforms, data fusion, or similar technical environments.
3. Familiarity with federal security and compliance environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD authorizations) preferred.
4. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
