Position Title: Sr Quality Engineer
Location: Hybrid (3x/week onsite) at Etobicoke, ON M8X 2X9, Canada office location
06+ Month Contract

WHAT YOU''LL DO
Here''s what you can expect on a typical day:
- Leverage your experience and expertise as a quality engineer to continuously
ensure and improve the quality of our web apps.
- Define test strategy, create test plans/test cases and establish testing best
practices for web application features.
- Design, develop, run and maintain test automation scripts for web apps.
- Enhance and evolve the test automation frameworks.
- Work with various teams (Development, Ops, Product) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Help research and implement improvements to our quality engineering
processes and practice.
- Partner with product owner(s) to continuously evolve the WorkMarket product.
- You have 10–15+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed
in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in web applications testing.
- 10+ years of experience in developing/maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for web applications.
- Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Codex or similar) to generate, review, and
maintain UI test cases and test scenarios
- 5+ years of experience in API testing.
- 5+ years of experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
(Jenkins).
- In-depth knowledge of testing best practices and the state of the art of web
testing.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
- Well organized team player with great communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in developing test automation using Playwright & Mabl
frameworks.
- Experience in performance testing.
- Experience using Jira, Jenkins, BitBucket, Splunk and Dynatrace.
