Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur configuration, implementation, integration, and production support. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement and optimize Concur solutions for travel and expense management.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP Concur solutions based on business requirements.
  • Work on Concur Expense, Concur Travel, and Concur Invoice.
  • Configure expense policies, workflows, approval processes, and audit rules.
  • Support Concur integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
  • Work with employee, vendor, cost center, GL, and organizational master data.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
  • Support data migration, configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
  • Troubleshoot Concur configuration and integration issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production problems.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Travel, and IT teams.
  • Support system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Prepare configuration and technical documentation.
  • Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure solutions follow business policies and internal controls.
