Project Manager – Groundworks &amp; Civils Location: Brentwood, Essex<br />Start: Immediate<br />Duration: Long-term contract We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term groundworks contract based in Brentwood, Essex. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background working for groundworks, civils or RC frame subcontractors, who is looking for a long-term position with a reputable contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from planning through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, health &amp; safety and quality across the works.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civils or RC frame
• Strong subcontractor background
• Experience managing groundworks and civil engineering packages
• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor
• SEATS desirable
• Strong understanding of health &amp; safety, programme and quality management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors
