We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in engineering recruitment to join our team. You'll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomesWhat You'll do!
  • Own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
  • Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
  • Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical discipline.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
