We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support complex pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and equipment. This role is intended for experienced industry professionals who can operate independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive operational improvements while maintaining strict GMP compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Execute complex pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment
  • Prepare and review batch documentation, logbooks, labels, protocols, and quality records
  • Support process investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
  • Perform advanced operational troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Analyze production performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency
  • Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, cell therapy, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with quality systems and documentation
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting capability
  • Experience identifying equipment or process issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Strong technical writing, data review, and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with aseptic manufacturing
  • Experience in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience supporting investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
  • May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
