The Role • Lead the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily planning. • Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory management, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in PC and administrative tasks. • Strong customer-centricity, service orientation, and excellent communication skills. • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and foster trust.
