The Role • Fulfill merchandising needs for clients and brand partners within assigned retail locations. • Build and maintain eye-catching product displays and end caps to maximize sales opportunities. • Ensure product availability by managing inventory and executing shelf resets with product rotation. • Engage with store management and customers to provide product information and build relationships. • Drive sales volume through effective promotional activities and identifying opportunities for new or out-of-stock items. • Act as a brand ambassador for world-famous consumer products. What You'll Need • Ability to interact enthusiastically and professionally with customers, management, and team members. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Capable of performing physical tasks including bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving products. • Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned retail locations. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
