About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Epic Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts Analyst to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epic SDLC, Excel, PowerPoint along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Responsibilities:

• As an Epic consultant contractor, resource will provide specialized Epic expertise to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.
• Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Epic modules to meet project requirements; troubleshooting and resolving system issues; conducting testing and validation to confirm functionality and performance; training and supporting end users; and documenting system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.

 

 Required Skills:

• ACTIVE Epic Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts certification
• Five or more years of recent implementation experience
• Experience with application build and go-live, including implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, a related IT field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel approximately 12%, typically once a month for three to four days, based on project and client needs
• Ability to work primarily remotely
• Excellent attention to detail, verbal communication, and documentation skills.
