The Role • Repair and commissioning of machines and ancillary equipment • Repair and pre-assembly of assemblies according to technical specifications • Assembly of spare parts orders • Conducting machine acceptance tests according to quality assurance protocols • Ensuring the smooth running of production processes What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Precision Mechanic (m/f/d), Machine Fitter (m/f/d), Construction Mechanic (m/f/d), or comparable qualification • Equivalent experience as a Plant Mechanic (m/f/d), Workshop Fitter (m/f/d), or Metalworker (m/f/d) will also be considered • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a reliable and diligent work ethic • Flexibility and a strong commitment to your role • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts, with a 4-day week in the late shift) What's On Offer • A 4-day work week during the late shift, offering enhanced work-life balance • Attractive hourly pay starting from €19 • Permanent contract with a view to permanent employment after 9 months • Up to 30 days of vacation, plus Christmas and holiday bonuses (depending on tenure), and free work attire Apply via Haystack today!
