About The Role:

Client seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that power customer intelligence, personalization, recommendation engines, and advanced AI capabilities. This role will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and MLOps teams to build production-ready models that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models in production environments

* Develop recommendation engines, personalization solutions, customer segmentation models, churn prediction models, and predictive analytics capabilities

* Build scalable real-time inference and prediction services

* Partner with Data Engineering teams to develop ML-ready datasets and feature pipelines

* Collaborate with MLOps teams to operationalize, monitor, and maintain machine learning models

* Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous optimization

* Support Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation initiatives

* Provide technical guidance and promote machine learning best practices across the organization
