Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL and Eagle Consultant with 14+ years of experience in Eagle Investment Systems and Oracle database development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Eagle product suite, Eagle data model, and Oracle PL/SQL development, with a strong background in security reference data, corporate actions, fund accounting, and high-volume enterprise data processing.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain database solutions for security reference data, corporate actions, entitlements, and fund accounting.
• Develop, debug, optimize, and performance-tune complex Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions.
• Model and maintain Eagle database tables aligned with the Eagle data model.
• Build scalable data ingestion pipelines and transformation processes using Eagle RDC and Eagle Automation Center.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes for data workflows.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate security master and corporate action requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues through performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Work within Agile teams using Jira and Git for sprint planning, backlog management, and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, audit, and operational compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with the Eagle Product Suite, including Reference Data and Pricing modules.
• Deep understanding of the Eagle Data Model.
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning expertise.
• Experience with Eagle RDC (Reference Data Center) and Eagle Automation Center.
• Knowledge of Security Master, Corporate Actions, and Fund Accounting.
• Database performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning.
• Experience with Git, Confluence, and Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and Eagle Investment Systems.
• Experience supporting mission-critical financial services applications.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise database design, performance optimization, and data integration.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
