Your new roleWe are seeking highly-skilled and energetic Salesforce Developers (Mid - Senior Level) to join the team. This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamicand passionate team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Salesforce platform using specifically Velocity, Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
• Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
• Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
• Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Ominstudio Developer certified.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package based development.

Desirable Criteria

The appointee will have:Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer with extensive experience Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevantexperience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

Knowledge and Skills

1. 2. Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to prepare clear Salesforce documentation andsolution recommendations, along with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and externalstakeholders
2. 3. Demonstrated experience in using Agile methodologies to successfully deliver Salesforce projects
3. 4. Sound understanding and experience in developing custom solutions with the Salesforce Platform (Apex,Visual Force Pages, Lightning)
4. 5. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems
5. 6. Highly developed planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing priorities, implementing improvements and meeting deadlines
6. 7. Demonstrated analytical, research and problem solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues
7. 8. The proven ability to lead and develop staff with experience in creating high-performance and collaborative teams
