Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant front-end development expertise.
• Expert-level React experience, including hooks, component composition, context, rendering behavior, and modern React patterns.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience developing GraphQL and REST APIs/microservices.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling such as Vite, Webpack, Babel/SWC, npm, pnpm, or Yarn.
• Strong CSS skills, including responsive design, CSS architecture, theming, and scalable styling approaches.
• Experience with Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, accessibility, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support.
• Experience with front-end performance optimization, profiling, code splitting, SSR/CSR, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong API integration experience with GraphQL and REST.
• Knowledge of web application security, including XSS, CSRF, secure authentication/session patterns, and dependency security.
• Experience with front-end observability, logging, metrics, error reporting, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
