Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to support business growth. The candidate will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business performance.

Required Skills:

• Python and SQL
• Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis
• Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
• A/B Testing and Customer Analytics
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• E-commerce or Retail domain experience

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop predictive models for recommendations, customer retention, and sales forecasting.
• Perform customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Build dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Big Data tools.
• Knowledge of Recommendation Systems and Personalization Models.
• Experience with Generative AI or NLP is a plus.
• Experience in E- commerce domain
