Introduction:

This position is for a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications for a banking environment. The developer will work in a structured, process-driven environment and provide L2/L3 support for production issues. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications for banking environment
• Provide L2/L3 support for production issues
• Create and manage Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies
• Generate reports and dashboards
• Work in structured, process-driven environments

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
• L2/L3 Production Support & Troubleshooting
• Experience in enterprise/regulated environments (Banking preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies
• Experience with Reports & Dashboards
