The Role • Develop and maintain long-term advertising relationships with businesses in an assigned territory. • Meet and exceed sales objectives by utilizing professional sales techniques. • Identify growth opportunities and open new accounts within the local market. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct research using company tools. • Build a strong understanding of local and national competition. • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows to enhance knowledge and network. What You'll Need • Comfort with making cold calls, both in-person and over the phone. • Ability to deliver engaging oral presentations and articulate policies clearly. • Strong time management and self-organization skills. • Motivation to learn new technology and systems. • Resilience and intrinsic self-motivation to overcome challenges and meet goals. • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
