Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce CTO Architect

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 12 Months

 

Required qualifications include proven experience in Salesforce PSS, PS-LPI (Licensing, Permitting and Inspection), and Agentforce to ensure strategic delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

● SI Oversight & Governance: Act as the primary client-side technical authority evaluating, steering, and signing off on the Systems Integrator’s architectural designs, data models, and delivery frameworks.

● Architecture Strategy: Define and enforce the multi-cloud enterprise architecture blueprint, ensuring strict alignment between Public Sector Solutions (PSS) out-of-the-box capabilities and custom extensions.

● AI Transformation: Architect and deploy Agentforce autonomous agents to streamline constituent interactions, automate internal case management workflows, and optimize agent productivity.

● Core PSS & LPI Execution: Drive the blueprinting and implementation of complex regulatory processes, including application intake, fee calculations, inspection scheduling, and compliance enforcement via Public Sector Solutions Licensing, Permitting and Inspection solution.

● Integration & Security: Design secure, high-volume real-time integrations with legacy government systems, ensuring strict adherence to public sector security frameworks  (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).

● Technical Leadership: Lead technical design reviews, mitigate delivery risks, and translate complex government regulations into scalable Salesforce configurations.

 

Required Experience & Qualifications

● Enterprise Salesforce Architecture: Minimum 8+ years of experience architecting large-scale Salesforce deployments, with at least 3+ years acting as a Program, Principal, or Technical Architect overseeing external SI vendors.

● Public Sector Solutions (PSS): Proven, hands-on experience designing and deploying Salesforce PSS for state, local, or federal government agencies.

● PS-LPI Domain Expertise: Direct experience mapping government regulatory codes to the Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections data model (including Business Regulatory Apps, Inspection Flows, and Violation management).

● Agentforce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building, configuring, and tuning Agentforce agents, topics, and actions to handle autonomous, context-aware service delivery.

● Advanced OmniStudio: Deep expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors/Integration Procedures, FlexCards) specifically applied to public sector intake forms and assessment indicators.

● Industry Certifications:

○ Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System/Application Architect..

○ Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

○ Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer

○ Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional 

 

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience navigating FedRAMP High or Moderate compliance environments.

● Strong background in Agile/Scalable DevOps frameworks (e.g., Copado, Flosum, GitHub Actions) within large public sector programs.
