Comfort Advisor

Hobaica Services - Champions Group is seeking a Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose the right HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. You'll perform in home consultations, evaluate comfort needs, explain options, and present proposals with clear pricing and financing. Partner closely with technicians, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations for residential customers
• Assess HVAC, indoor air quality, and related comfort needs
• Educate customers on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical options and upgrades
• Prepare and present detailed proposals with transparent pricing and financing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and maintain strong close rates
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate system design and installation
• Use CRM tools to track leads, proposals, and customer communications
• Build long-term customer relationships through honest, friendly service
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain current knowledge of products, rebates, and financing programs
