Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other Generative AI platforms, including designing and implementing AI agents.
• Experience establishing AI proof-of-concept (POC) success criteria, defining KPIs, production monitoring metrics, and evaluating AI solutions against business objectives.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in multiple programming languages and software development principles.
• Familiarity with Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Transformers, Natural Language Processing (NLP), image classification.
