The Role

• Ensure the flawless technical condition of all managed technical facilities.
• Conduct independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building services systems (e.g., Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing).
• Perform routine checks and site walkthroughs.
• Undertake proactive repairs and maintenance.
• Support and assist clients with technical operational processes.
• Digitally document all performed tasks using mobile devices.
• Participate in on-call and emergency services as required.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical training recognized in Germany (e.g., HVAC technician, refrigeration technician, gas/water installer), or a comparable qualification.
• Customer-oriented, dedicated individuals who value teamwork and reliability.
• Preferably some professional experience, but entry-level candidates or career changers with technical aptitude and a drive for further training are also welcome.
• German language proficiency at B2 level and a valid driver's license (Class B).
