What You'll Need • Completed medical degree with German medical license (Approbation). • Board certification as a Specialist in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. • Solid theoretical knowledge and practical clinical experience in the field. • Ability to make independent diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, particularly in complex situations. • Understanding of DRG systems and efficient resource management.
