Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OT Project Manager to support the Telemetry Infrastructure Replacement (TIR) Programme . The role will involve coordinating suppliers and internal teams, managing project activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements, and providing project and programme reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage delivery activities for OT/Telemetry infrastructure replacement projects.
  • Review and coordinate approval of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) .
  • Complete and manage CDM documentation and project Impact Plans.
  • Ensure required approvals and sign-offs are completed in line with project plans.
  • Track project progress, risks, actions and deliverables.
  • Provide regular progress updates through Execview and contribute to Programme Board reporting .
  • Manage project finances and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within OT, utilities, infrastructure, engineering or telemetry environments .
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) .
  • Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets/finances and reporting .
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Awareness/experience of CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations .
  • Experience working within water/utilities or OT infrastructure programmes .
