Building Services / Maintenance Engineer Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a very established and reputable specialist within mechanical and electrical contracting. Working across electrical, heating & plumbing and HVAC. Due to their continued growth and development, they are now looking to hire a maintenance engineer.

The Role:

The position will involve travelling to various school sites to complete on-site service, maintenance and repairs on Fan convector units<br />Fault finding and basic electrical fault finding<br />Installing fan motors

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced maintenance engineer<br />Ideally you will have experience working within commercial sites<br />Fault finding skills and experience<br />Electrical skills / experience is an advantage but is not essential<br />Multi-skilled building services, fabric or facilities maintenance background. Hours: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30 Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and established business who will offer a long-term career. INDBMS
