The Role • Responsible for the exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Act as the operational manager, overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance through vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed trade/vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., automotive mechatronics, mechanics, bodywork) with several years of professional experience. • Willingness to undertake or already possess a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A commitment to our inclusive company values, welcoming all individuals regardless of background. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and basic PC proficiency. • Demonstrated customer and service orientation with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
