Agile Coach – Boston, MA (Local Candidates Only)

Location: Boston, MA (Local/Onsite Preferred)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support a leading insurance client in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will drive Agile transformation, coach teams and leadership, and promote Scrum best practices across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of Agile Coaching/Scrum Leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile transformation
  • Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ability to assess Agile maturity and improve team performance and delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, or SAFe are preferred

Note: Only local Boston, MA candidates will be considered. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
